DHAA Tasmania invite you to join us for the day in Launceston to learn guided biofilm therapy, generously sponsored by EMS.
Topic: Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Masterclass
Speaker: The course will be presented by a trained Swiss Dental Academy professional – TBC
CPD Hours: 4 hrs clinical/scientific
The management of biofilm in deep pockets and from implants is a significant challenge. This CPD will offer the theory and techniques to assist dental professionals in managing both supra and sub-gingival biofilm. When biofilm is managed effectively, gingivitis is prevented from developing into periodontitis and mucositis from progressing to peri-implantitis.
Bring your whole dental team along to this full day lecture and hands-on CPD. You’ll develop the knowledge and skills to prevent and manage periodontal disease and best care for dental implants. The hands-on component will give you the opportunity to trial air polishing and ultrasonic devices on simulation models.
