Please join us for this free one-hour webinar on clinical note taking.
Clinical note taking may seem routine, but it can be one of the most important things when it comes to an insurance claim. What should you be noting? How do these effect a claim? How reliable is your memory? There is more to notes than you might expect. We’ll discuss the process of notetaking, what you should be noting and the fallibility of the human brain.

John is an insurance broker and data analyst with BMS with 10 years experience in the insurance industry. Through a wide variety of experience across the industry, and a psychology degree, he brings a broad experiential skillset to the DHAA program.
