The DHAA are joining forces with the Australian Dental Association (ADA) in a bid to ensure safe and effective tooth whitening for the public.
Any whitening treatment should only be performed by registered dental professionals who have been formally trained in the procedure and who can accurately diagnose the causes of tooth discolouration and oral health problems.
As part of an upcoming joint public awareness campaign on the issue, we are looking for case studies that can be used to add a human dimension to the campaign.
Do you have a patient who would be willing to share their story with us about the adverse effects from tooth whitening either as a result of tooth whitening being carried out by someone who is not a dental professional or through the use of a product bought over the counter or online?
To share their story please email us at: [email protected]
