- Outline common factors leading to non compliance to the required standards and guidelines, and strategies to address them.
- Describe the roles and responsibilities of individual oral health professionals in relation to infection control in a dental team.

Kylie is the Head of Practice Services at ADA NSW and is also a Fellow and Board Director of Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control (ACIPC). Kylie works closely with several Australian universities providing lectures and leadership on Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and dental practice sustainability including the University of Sydney’s School of Dentistry.
Kylie has postgraduate qualifications in IPC and Health Services Management and holds the award of Credentialed Infection Control Professional – Advanced (CICP-A). Kylie is an experienced presenter routinely providing leadership on IPC, quality improvement, clinical governance, and dental practice sustainability.
