About our speaker:
Dr Sahani Gunathilake
B.Sc, BDS, Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Special Needs Dentistry)
Dr Sahani Gunathilake completed her BDS from the University of Adelaide in 2012. She completed the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Special Needs Dentistry in 2020 at the University of Melbourne and is currently working for SA Dental in Adelaide where she treats a range of patients with special needs. She has worked with patients in residential aged care settings in both the private and public sectors and has worked closely with the University of Melbourne for the Graduate Certificate in Dental Therapy (Advanced Clinical Practice) program where she co-ordinated the SND component.
