Making hygiene profitable: how to create a business plan

Making hygiene profitable: how to create a business plan
Join us for a webinar looking at how you can ignite hygiene production and practice growth.

Presented in partnership with EMS

Deb (Hume) Brown works in private practice and works as a clinical supervisor in the BOH program at Melbourne University. During her 24 years’ experience in dentistry, she has helped develop many profitable hygiene programs which are the bread and butter of successful dental practices.

Deb offers Guided Biofilm Therapy at the practice she works at. GBT creates a USP that sets her hygiene department apart from her closest competition. How does Deb incorporate Guided Biofilm Therapy into her practice?

Join Deb Hume as she discusses the steps she took to convince her dentist and other hygienists to adopt GBT and incorporate an AIRFLOW unit into her practice.

You’ll learn:

  • How to create a business plan for GBT/AIRFLOW
  • How to present the benefits of GBT to the entire practice to incorporate a change of mindset
  • How to introduce GBT to patients

Guided Biofilm Therapy can ignite hygiene production and practice growth. Learn how you can develop a business plan and embrace the change to GBT today!
