Join us for a 1 hour online webinar focusing on how you can improve your record keeping and ensure you meet the guidelines.


Good record keeping is central to effective dental treatment, leading to better treatment outcomes and greater patient continuity. And crucial to good record keeping is the recording of informed consent. This lecture will help you to understand the elements required when recording consent and will share some ideas on how to develop your own style that is both comprehensive and succinct.

Presenter: Dr Elizabeth Milford, BDSc MBA (Prof)

ANZ Professional & Scientific Relations
Elizabeth is the Professional and Scientific Relations Consultant for Oral-B in Australia and New Zealand, bringing research and technical expertise to the clinical environment. She also lectures in clinical communication at the University of Melbourne and ethics at the University of Queensland, and works as a consultant to the Dental Board of Australia, conducting education and audits for dental clinicians who have received complaints.

Non members: registration is available for non members at a cost of $20 per attendee.

Not a DHAA Member?

You can still attend our events by creating a purchase account at the link above. This will be a non-member account where you can register for events and track your event registrations. It does not allow you access to member benefits or the members portal, these are only accessible by joining as a DHAA member. 


To access the discounted price please create an account and email proof of current membership to membership@dhaa.info. We will update your account to display the correct registration price for the duration of the membership period displayed in your proof of membership. 



While we do our best to ensure everyones comfort, venue temperatures may vary. We suggest you bring layers to allow you to adjust your own comfort levels as needed throughout the day.


DHAA Event Regulations:

DHAA Members - To obtain the discounted DHAA Ltd Membership price you are required to be a financial member of the DHAA Ltd at the time of the event.

Student Members - Student Members must be an eligible and current student member of the DHAA Ltd at the time of the event Student Membership expires June 30th following your graduation. Student Membership to the DHAA Ltd is Free.

ADOHTA Members - All ADOHTA members are required to show proof of membership to ADOHTA. You are required to be a current member at the time of the event to either DHAA Ltd or ADOHTA inc.

Dietary Requirements - We will attempt to accommodate all dietary requirements. Please ensure you specify any dietary restrictions when registering and at least seven (7) days prior to the event so we can notify the event catering team.

Cancellation Policy - Ten (10) days notice must be given in writing if you cannot attend to receive a refund. Reimbursements will not be made after this time. Registration can be transferred to another person of the same membership status. Please email the event contact (in the event listing above) or contact@dhaa.info for help. 

The DHAA reserve the right to take photographs and videos for publicity, illustration, advertising, web content and reports on events and symposia. These images will not be shared directly with any other business without prior consent.
