Becoming a Principal Sponsor gives your organisation the opportunity to develop an on-going relationship with the conference delegates and DHAA members. The package is designed to give organisations a strong presence before, during and after the Symposium with key branding opportunities.

The Gala Dinner is always the highlight of the meeting. Sponsoring the dinner is a fantastic opportunity to promote your organisation in a fun and relaxed environment. The dinner sponsorship also includes a chance to address delegates.

Marketing Specifications:

The exhibition area will be open to the delegates at the following times:

  • 0800 Thursday 12th October to 1600 Saturday 14th October
When booking please appoint a single point of contact within your Organisation. All bookings will be recorded under the one name and all correspondence will be sent to this person.
Anyone from your Organisation attending the meeting or guests you wish to invite to the Meeting must register with Conference Design before the meeting. An official meeting name badge will be required to access the session and exhibition area.

The cost of additional trade registrations is $500 per person inc GST.

Tickets for the Gala Dinner can be purchased for an additional $150 inc GST.

We will soon advise of the company organising exhibition booths, furniture hire, trestle tables, fascia/name board, lighting & power, signage, audio visual, plants, custom stands, venue information and timing schedules.

 

There will be limited on-site storage facilities for packing materials, boxes and giveaways. Exhibitors cannot leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show.

Logos

Your logo should be a high resolution PNG, JPG or TIFF image, no less than 250 KB in size. It will be used on the web, print and PowerPoint slide.

Logos can be sent at the time of booking your package.

Catering will be situated to maximise delegate flow throughout the exhibition. The exhibition floor plan is subject to change without notice. The floor plan is not to an exact scale, but accurately represents the relative position and sizes of exhibition spaces. All corner booths will have the side wall removed.
